Participants are welcome to submit their paper and/or abstract .
The best papers presented at STR2E 2026 will be considered for further review and possible publication (in a special issue ) in one of the following journals (indexed in the Scopus database) according to the prior choice of the author(s) :
1- E3S Web of Conferences-EDP Sciences : papers must have a minimum length of 4-5 pages (no maximum limit). Each article must include a maximum of 15 references. (Download the template in word)
2- Engineering Proceedings : papers in Engineering Proceedings are required to be between 4 to 9 pages. (Download the template in word)

***Clause on Scientific Integrity and Jurisdiction
The Publisher (EDP Sciences) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the publication of any article that is found to contravene scientific integrity standards, including but not limited to plagiarism, manipulation of citations, falsification of data, or any other form of academic misconduct. Should such misconduct be discovered after the article has been published, the Publisher shall be entitled to retract the article(s) without any obligation to provide reimbursement or compensation to the Organizer or any third party.
Furthermore, the Organizer expressly agrees that no refund of publication fees shall be claimed in such cases.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
