- The conference language is English.

- To ensure the scientific quality of published articles and maintain a rigorous peer-review process, all authors must strictly adhere to the Author Guidelines.
- Authors must not use AI or AI-assisted tools (such as ChatGPT) to write the paper. Authors are solely responsible for the content of their articles and the use of AI technology for this purpose is a breach of ethical scintific.
- Authors submitting (abstracts and/or papers) are responsible for ensuring that all authors listed on the (abstract and/or paper) have been notified of the submission.
- Each (abstract and/or paper) will be reviewed by the Review Committee, and decisions to accept or reject abstracts rest with this committee.
- Please ensure all special characters and formatting are displayed correctly.
- Authors have to respect scientific ethics and assume the scientific contents of their paper.
- The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere
- Any (abstract and/or paper) not in compliance with the attached sample template will not be sent to the scientific committee for review until it meets requirements as per the template available online to download.
- Plagiarism is not accepted
- At least one author of the article should attend the conference (physically or remotely)
- Manipulation of citations, falsification of data, or any other form of academic misconduct that contravenes standards of scientific integrity are strictly prohibited
- All references must be cited in the text by placing sequential numbers in brackets (for example, [1], [2, 5, 7], [8-10]). They must be numbered in the reference list in the order in which they are mentioned in the text.

- Keep it concise and informative
- Write for your audience
- Pique your readers’ interest
- Don’t write your title as a question
How to write an abstract
IMPORTANT, why?
- To let your readers know what they can expect from your article
- Impact editorial evaluation of your article
- Influence your future readership
- Abstracts are indexed in some databases (like Google Scholar)
- Abstract should include
- Background: what is currently known?
- Objectives: what is the research question you are trying to answer
- Methods: general information without the specific details
- Results: give the key finding
- Conclusion: what is your conclusion
- → Abstract should be a concise standalone piece that accurately represents your research. Keep to the point and include keywords. Eliminate spelling errors and acronyms, don’t include any reference or citation.
